Andrew J. Brown brings an incredible combination of global sales and marketing expertise, senior executive leadership experience, and entrepreneurial spirit to the Pacific M&A and Business Brokers team.
With over 20 years’ experience in sales and marketing executive positions at small and large enterprise technology companies in British Columbia and Silicon Valley, Andrew has successfully managed corporate operations and navigated complex transactions combined over $50 million.
As a senior executive at a highly successful start-up digital media company, Andrew helped build and lead teams as they grew 300% over 3 years and expanded their reach across North America.
Andrew has shared his senior executive expertise as a business consultant to various technology companies and has spent a number of years as a Board Member at a BC Crown Corporation.
In addition to his corporate background, Andrew has a strong entrepreneurial drive which lead him to successfully launch his own consumer packaged goods business in a highly competitive global marketplace. He understands the opportunities and risks of starting a small business and the critical steps needed to take a business to the next level.
Originally from the UK, Andrew has spent most of his life in Canada, and graduated with a BBA from the British Columbia Institute of Technology (BCIT). He is a Certified Business Intermediary (CBI), and in addition, successfully completed the Karrass Negotiation Training. Andrew is a member of the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and the International Business Brokers Association (IBBA).
Outside of the office, Andrew enjoys golfing, CrossFit training, and spending time with his family.
