While operating his adventure tourism business for three years, Maxwell and the team secured notable international exposure (in publications such as The Guardian and The Financial Times), maintained excellent customer reviews, and ran effective marketing campaigns to facilitate exponential growth each year. With an energetic approach to sales and business development, he enabled the business to grow from a BC-based operation to an international business with multiple locations spanning the United States and partners spanning the globe.

Originally from Vancouver Island, Maxwell is an avid outdoorsman and loves mountain biking, ski touring, trail running with his dog Rev, and taking any chance he can to escape the city for a sunset at one of his many favourite hikes around Vancouver. While in the city, he loves to play squash, read, and spend time with friends and family.
